We provide families and seniors with comprehensive healthcare support, including medication administration, injections, medical tests and ongoing health monitoring. At our facility, you can trust that your or a loved one's needs will be expertly supported throughout the entire journey of care. Notre Dame Home Health provides home care, home health and hospice care services to individuals and families in need. The home care services include assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and medication management. Home health services include nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Hospice care services provide compassionate end-of-life care for those who are terminally ill. Notre Dame Home Health's staff is committed to providing the highest quality of care to its clients. This home care agency was first approved to participate in the Medicare program on 07/10/1990 and is run by a voluntary non profit - religious affiliation organization.

We needed a sitter for a 96y/o family member from 7pm 3/17/18 to 830am 3/19/18. The sitter who arrived at 7 pm on 3/17/18 fo a 12 hr shift seemed Ok from a service promising care,diligence to most vulnerable family member.After 3 sitters in one day, 1 who slept thru the shift, 1 who had to go home leaving mom in urine soaked sheets. They have no OnCall staff! All of these sitters had worked 12 hr shifts B4 getting to mom! Don’t walkRUN! We R going elsewhere. To fellow residents at St Anthony Gardens BEWARE!
