Thanksgiving Table Settings and Printables (2024)

Free Printable Labels for your Thanksgiving food and name tags. Along with cheap and simple ideas for decorating your table.

We first decided on a color scheme, nothing too strange, orange, red, yellow and burgundy! We wanted both food labels AND place settings with everyone’s name’s, even all the kids. We also decided to add Mason jars andraffia as well.

We went with three different sizes of mason jars and filled each with something different, the largest was water and fresh cranberries and a floating candle.

The small was just water and a floating candle. The middle mason jar size we filled with dried corn, a votive and a burgundy tea candle. Also see the mini salt and pepper holders? Aren’t they cute? One for each adults place setting.

We also had a natural runner down the center of the table. We also added dark red Chargers with Chelsea’s beautiful white plates. I love how easy and pretty the table looked.

I found a dried bouquet at Michael’s that was the perfect color and look for our centerpiece. Chelsea had the most gorgeous vase and we added a burgundy ribbon to tie it in.

The same burgundy ribbon we added to the top of all the name labels! I wanted to use real mini pumpkins for the place settings, but I seriously couldn’t find one ANYWHERE.

Not a single one! GAH, Thankfully Chelsea had tons of these small fake ones. The kids loved having their own and lovingly brought them home after dinner!

AND the main part? the FOOD!!! I love Thanksgiving, I mean a holiday all about food??? It doesn’t get much better.

Since I was with my own family it was all the foods I had grown up with (and none of the strange in-law dishes – come on, you all know what I’m talking about). And we used extra large mason jars for the egg nog and the gravy to tie into our table top theme.

We had all the essentials. Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls and stuffing! Seriously what more do you need???? If that was all we had I’d be in heaven, my favorite foods.

But we had to include some of the classic’s as well, Yams (or Sweet potatoes – depending on what you call them) and green bean casserole!

AND for the fresh veggie loves, a Salad. For us not so healthy eaters? a Jello Salad (I might not have grown up in Utah but our family roots run deep apparently. I love a good Jellos Salad!

And a few hours later (bad night time lighting) after we cleaned up dinner, and enjoyed some family game time, we had dessert! Since it was a small group for dinner we only had three.

My Flourless Chocolate cake, a pumpkin cheesecake pie and an apple pie (yup from Costco, I’m not into baking with fruit and my sister is all about simplicity!) And of course some Vanilla Ice cream and fresh whipped cream!
